4. During the installation and testing process, the sensor is absolutely prohibited from being beaten, bumped and overloaded to avoid deformation of the sensor head.

5. The rollers of different diameters should be equipped with the corresponding length of the jaws to ensure that the measured value is the rotational resistance of the roller.

6. Pay attention to the change of the AC power supply voltage at the operation site to ensure that the AC power supply voltage is 380V±1O%, otherwise the AC voltage regulator source should be added.

7. When measuring the roller rotation resistance, the roller speed must be slowly increased to the specified value, and the roller rotation resistance value should be measured after stabilization. Note that when the roller is not running or the resistance is very large, it should not be measured on the test bench to avoid the measured value exceeding the rated value of the sensor, resulting in damage to the sensor.

8. At the end of the test, return the button of the speed control device to the zero position to avoid damage to the sensor caused by the impact of the next test.

9. After the measurement is completed, the sensor collection should be kept safe.

Second, ZT-512 roller immersion seal test bench use precautions

1. During the operation, ensure that the belt has a certain tension to prevent the belt from slipping.

2. It is strictly forbidden to operate in the waterless state.

3. Check whether the temperature measuring head is completely immersed in water before operation, whether it affects the running of the roller.

4. After starting, use the clamp-type ammeter to measure whether the current exceeds the rated current of the motor. If it exceeds the rated value, it must stop running, otherwise the motor may be damaged.

5. During the test, pay attention to the water temperature. If the water temperature is too high, stop running.

6. Pay attention to personal safety when installing the roller.

Third, ZT-515 roller dustproof performance test bench

1. During the operation, ensure that the belt has a certain tension to prevent the belt from slipping.

2. After starting, use a clamp-type ammeter to measure whether the current exceeds the rated current of the motor. If it exceeds the rated value, it must stop running, otherwise the motor may be damaged.
