Morphological characteristics
Herbs stand upright every year, and are all aromatic. They are 20 to 70 cm tall. The stem is square in shape, with many branches in the upper part, and its surface is usually purple-green and covered with feathers. Leaves opposite; ovate or ovate-lanceolate, 2–6 cm long, 1–3.5 cm wide, apex acute or acuminate, base cuneate, sparsely serrate or marginate at margin, pus below; petiole length 0.7 to 2 cm. Flowering from July to September. Fruit period from August to October.
