1. Windy weather operation
The unit should not drive in the wind direction, in case the unit can not work normally; the air inlet on the windward side of the grain clearing mechanism should be adjusted to be small, and the air inlet on the leeward side should be adjusted to reduce the loss of the grain blowing belt and improve the quality of the grain.
2. Slope operation
Try to avoid cross-slope driving; when harvesting long-distance uphill, increase the rear of the sieve, use a larger sieve hole, and reduce the opening of the air inlet to reduce food loss; Adjustment; when harvesting long distances on a downhill slope, the rear of the sieve should be lowered.
3. Wet field operation
When the harvester is operating low, the harvester running device should be converted into crawler or half track type to harvest crops in time; when the mud foot depth is large, increase the ground wheel width of the unit to enhance the anti-skid ability and maximize grounding. Area to prevent the machine from sinking.
4. Bucket crop operation
Appropriately reduce the forward speed of the unit; correctly select the unit's harvesting direction, the unit's forward direction should be opposite to the crop lodging direction (called reverse cut), or 45 with the lodging crop. The angle between the left and right (called side cut); adjust the reel forward and downward as appropriate to ensure smooth and normal cutting.
5. Low crop operation
Appropriate adjustment and modification of the header and reel, the height of the header should be adjusted to keep the cutting height not higher than 15 cm and the cutter does not eat soil. If the cutting is too low, the cutter will accelerate the cutting of the knife. If the tooth is broken and damaged, the reel will be adjusted downwards and backwards for normal harvesting; the forward speed of the unit will be increased to ensure the normal threshing feed; and the harvesting operation in the direction of the seeding can reduce the increase of the forward speed. The unit is strongly vibrating and also reduces harvest losses.
6. Dry and over-ripe crop operations
Adding a canvas strip on the wooden tumbling plate to increase the cushioning effect of the reel in the plucking, reduce the loss of the granules; reduce the height of the reel, so that the reel does not hit the head of the crop to reduce Granules; reduce the reel speed to reduce the number of hits on the cut crop.
