From the operational process, we find the problem:
1, the adapter, the probability of this problem is relatively small.
2. Place the sample in the EP tube.
This is the first question we should pay attention to: the EP tube.
The EP tube must be thick arm so that it can withstand the impact. Several air tube tests can be done before determining the tube.
3, grinding beads, this is only based on sample selection.
Not easy to be too big, too big to break the tube; not too small, too small enough force, resulting in insufficient grinding.
4, liquid nitrogen freezing treatment, this attention to protect, to avoid liquid nitrogen frostbite.
5. Place the EP tube in the adapter. In the excess placed, pay attention to the trimming. If the grinder is in the process of high-frequency oscillation, if the center column is moving up and down, there will be an offset, which is unsafe for the service life of the instrument and during use.
6. Install the adapter into the spindle buckle and tighten the nut.
Be sure to tighten the fastening nut. If it is not tightened, the adapter will impact up and down, which can easily cause a column accident.
7. Set the parameters of the grinder. Just pay attention to this, time is not too long, such as half an hour, 1 hour.

Common fault analysis and troubleshooting methods
1. Clicking to start does not start normally. * Please check the sensor switch at the opening and whether it is pressed. Set the frequency is too low.
2. After starting, there is a big collision sound in the device.
*Please check if the bottom shipping fixing nut is removed. Whether the adapter anti-loose buckle is vertical.
3. After the power is turned on, the program displayed on the display shows “Communicationâ€. *Please check if the data cable on the back of the display is loose.
4. The adapter and the gland have unstable jitter during use. * The nut of the fixed adapter may be worn out. Contact Hurd to replace the new nut.
5. The power switch light is on and the display is not displayed. * The device display connector is loose. Please contact the after-sales personnel for repair.
6. During use, or after a long period of non-use, the equipment does not respond if it is confirmed that the power supply is properly connected and the startup operation is correct. * The equipment has been self-protected in the event of a short circuit. Contact the after-sales personnel to replace the fuse.
7. The spindle of the fixed adapter inside the instrument is obviously loose or broken, or the internal parts of the instrument are faulty. * Contact our company for factory maintenance.
