1. The outer casing of the machine must be grounded and kept in good contact to ensure the safety of the operator. Especially when packaging items containing moisture, pay more attention to the grounding.
2. According to the power requirements indicated by the machine, turn on the corresponding power supply (usually, the single-chamber model adopts AC220V/50Hz, and the dual-chamber model is three-phase AC380V/50Hz).
3. The machine should be installed horizontally, the surrounding environment is free of corrosive gas, and it is well ventilated.
4. Before starting the machine, according to the requirements specified in the instructions for use of the vacuum pump, add the special oil of the vacuum pump to 3/4 of the height of the oil window. The oil level should not be lower than 1/2 of the height of the oil window during operation, but not too much. .
5. Set the parameters according to the method in Chapter 6.
a. Select the appropriate pumping time according to the size of the package. The longer the pumping time, the higher the vacuum.
b. According to the thickness of the packaging material and other factors, choose the appropriate sealing time, and heat sealing temperature, in order to obtain the good sealing strength of Zui.
6. Place the package in a vacuum chamber. The bag should be placed flat on the heating frame and pressed with a bead wire.
7. Confirm that the above adjustment work has been correct, you can start packaging, press the top cover of the vacuum machine, the machine starts up by itself, and the vacuum pump starts working.
8. The vacuum pump starts pumping air to the studio, the system generates negative pressure, and the upper cover is automatically sucked.
9. When the pumping time is over, the system starts to inflate (no inflator type, it will automatically switch to the sealing condition).
10. When the inflation is completed, the heat sealing solenoid valve is opened, the airbag is inflated, and the sealing portion is pressed against the heating portion, and the electric heating portion is energized instantaneously to perform sealing and imprinting dates. 11. After the sealing is completed, the cooling time relay starts to work. Its function is to use the residual heat to press the bag mouth to prevent the bag mouth from shrinking when cooling. (The cooling time relay is installed in the electrical box and has been adjusted before leaving the factory). 12. After the cooling time is over, the bleed solenoid valve opens, the negative pressure in the studio disappears, the upper cover automatically opens, the machine recovers, and the next work is ready.
Precautions:
1. When the vacuum pump is running, its oil level should be 3/4 of the height of the oil window. If it is lower than 1/2 oil window height, the high-speed vacuum pump oil should be added in time. The oil level is too high or too low. The motor is unfavorable. For details, please refer to the instructions for using the vacuum pump.

3, the machine must be installed with a protective grounding wire, and often check the connection point is in good contact to ensure personal safety.
4. Before the machine works, the heating time and heating temperature must be set at the appropriate position. The principle of low to high should be mastered. The heat sealing time and temperature should not be set very long or high at one time to avoid burning the electric heating parts. Or PTFE seal varnish.
5. When the upper cover is pressed, the vacuum pump starts working. At this time, if the upper cover has not been sucked into place, the user should press the upper cover with a little force.
6. When the machine is working, it will emit abnormal noise, and the pointer of the vacuum gauge will not move, indicating that the direction of the vacuum pump may be wrong. The phase of the three-phase power supply may not be consistent with the factory phase. It should be shut down immediately, otherwise the vacuum pump will be easily damaged. In this case, you only need to change any two of the three-phase power supplies (the single-phase power supply does not have this phenomenon).
7. Always check the surface of the PTFE varnish on the seal for foreign matter or unevenness to ensure the quality of the seal. If it is damaged, it should be replaced in time.
8. Check if the screws in all parts of the machine are loose, and whether the vacuum chamber moves left and right is flexible. The active part and the oil hole should be filled with an appropriate amount of lubricating oil.
9. In case of emergency when the machine is working, press the emergency stop button and the cover can be opened by itself.
10. After the machine is finished, the main power supply should be cut off.
