Fluorometer operation method:
1. Instrument connection Connect the inlet of the distillation flask to the upper end of the rotameter with a silicone tube. Connect the outlet of the distillation tube to the inlet of the distillation tube with a silicone tube. The outlet of the distillation tube is connected to the upper end of the condensation tube with a silicone tube. The outlet of the cooling water pump connects the silicone tube at the lower end of the condenser tube to the water nozzle, and the supplier Hebei Dahong Experimental Instrument Co., Ltd. connects the upper end of the condenser tube to the water outlet. Remove the steam heater and connect the heater power cord. Insert the capillary temperature sensor into the rubber plug and place the heater in the distillation flask. Take out the long rod thermostat sensor, connect the sensor to the instrument sensor interface and put it into the electric furnace insulation cover. At this point, the instrument is connected.
2. Instrument commissioning Add 900 mL of water to the decanter to close the heater plug. Place 5 mL of distillate into the quartz distillation tube and connect all the silicone tube connection ports.
3. Before starting the machine, first check whether there is cooling water in the external connection, insert the power plug of the instrument into the socket, turn on the power switch, turn on the cooling water, observe whether the condensed water in the condensing pipe is full and should be returned to the water tank. Set the temperature control temperature of the supplier Hebei Dahong Experimental Instrument Co., Ltd. to 250 °C, turn on the heating switch and the air pump switch, adjust the temperature knob clockwise to set the temperature switch to 110 °C, after the water in the distillation flask boils, adjust counterclockwise The temperature knob keeps the water slightly boiling. Adjust the gas flow meter">gas flow meter, control the gas flow rate to 100-150 mL/min, and distill 2 points.
After 1 minute, observe whether there is any distillation droplets in the condenser. If it is, then it is normal. If not, please check if the pipeline is connected well and the heater power supply is connected.
4. Shutdown The shutdown sequence is: turn off the heating - turn off the air pump - turn off the cooling water pump - turn off the power - unplug the power plug - end.
