Establishment and Verification of Energy Consumption Model of Liquid Nitrogen Storage and Transportation Container for Modified Atmosphere Storage

In order to understand the energy consumption of liquid nitrogen gas-filled fruit-vegetable fresh-keeping transport containers, this paper analyzes the heat and mass transfer process of the transport box and its energy composition, and studies the basis of the gas-conditioning process, the refrigeration process, and the humidification process, respectively. On top of that, an energy consumption model for liquid nitrogen gas-filled fruit and vegetable modified atmosphere transport containers was established, and an experimental verification was performed for the energy consumption model built.
