Is the fermentation bed culture technology mature?

As we all know, the fermentation bed is simply a bed with a “fermentation decomposition” function formed by adding a specific powerful and powerful microbial agent to the litter, and it is a brand new breeding mode. Due to its advantages of deodorization, environmental protection, energy saving, grain saving, disease resistance, longevity, water saving, and many other advantages, it has been increasingly favored by a wide range of breeding friends and is now being widely promoted at home and abroad. However, in people's minds, there has always been a question. When did the fermentation bed begin to be studied? Is this technology mature?

First, the beginning of the fermentation bed

Fermentation bed culture technology originated in Europe, America, Japan, and South Korea. Since 1992, experts and professors from various countries have begun systematic research and practice of the fermentation bed technology, and gradually formed a relatively complete technical specification. In recent years, China has begun to apply this technology to aquaculture and achieved remarkable results. In particular, in recent years, after the broadcast of the fermentation bed technology by media such as central and local stations and newspapers and magazines, fermentation bed culture technology has entered a period of rapid development.

Second, the two development stages of the fermentation bed

1. Wet-type fermentation bed: The wet-type fermentation bed is the initial stage of the development of the fermentation bed, and it needs to add water and nutrient solution during production.
Add mud, salt, etc., and need to be fermented in advance, the thickness of the litter is generally 80-100cm.
2. Dry-sweeping fermentation bed: The dry-sweeping fermentation bed is the technical crystallization of the fermentation bed to a certain stage. It represents the most advanced fermentation bed technology at present, and its production requires only one dose (ie, the fermentation process of the DNA fermentation bed). Material (ie litter), no water, soil, salt, nutrient solution, etc.; only dry operation, no water, and simple operation, which greatly simplifies the production process of the ecological fermentation bed, the fermentation bed in operation. It is also not necessary to continuously add nutrient solution, moisture, and the like.
This is the two stages of the development of fermentation beds, and the current market is dominated by these two products. That is, the wet fermentation bed and the golden baby dry fermentation bed (please click for details).

Third, the effect of fermentation bed

The advantages of the fermentation bed (in pigs as an example)

1, deodorant and environmental protection. Pig fecal urine under the action of the function of Kumba fungus, part of the degradation into odorless gas emissions, such as: water vapor and CO2; the other part of the bacteria protein, biomass and other beneficial nutrients. Eliminating the pollution of the urine from the source to the ecological environment and making the shed free of odors and achieving zero emissions.
2, energy saving. The heat generated by the fermented bed fermentation process of the golden treasure keeps the surface temperature of winter and summer at 20 degrees, and can save more than half of the coal power. Fecal urine and litter under the action of beneficial bacteria, degrade to form bacterial protein and a variety of beneficial substances are eaten by pigs, waste recycling, can greatly save feed.
3, disease resistance promote long. The fermentation mattress material eliminates the odor substances in the excreta through physical adsorption, chemical neutralization, and biological fermentation, so that the environment of the housing is dry and fresh; the pig can live in a dry and fresh environment with a large number of beneficial bacteria, and can reduce the illness. Obviously improve disease resistance, and can also be slaughtered in advance.
4, save water and labor. The ginseng can be cultured in a submerged fermentation bed without cleaning the manure or rushing circles. It can save more than 90% of water, and the original three people can do the work. Now, only one person can complete it.
5, improve quality. The dry-sweeping fermentation bed has little or no drug use, which can significantly reduce or even eliminate drug residues, making the meat better, more ecological, and more nutritious. The thin-skinned meat is not greasy and has a rich aroma.
Disadvantages of the fermentation bed (in pigs as an example)
1, high input costs. The cost of producing the fermentation bed is mainly the cost of strains and the cost of litter (sawdust, rice husk), the cost of strains is relatively small, and the cost of litter is relatively large. With the rise of the fermentation bed, the price of litter such as sawdust and rice husk has risen steadily. It can be said from the initial “zero” cost to the current “high” cost, which is the biggest obstacle to the further development of the fermentation bed.
2, small breeding density. Due to the restriction of the fermentation bed's own factors, the culture density of the fermentation bed is not traditionally large, and will drop by about 20% to some extent.
3, "difficult to maintain management" - means that users will not be properly used. As fermentation bed culture is a brand-new breeding mode, many users have little knowledge, poor maintenance, and unscientific management when they first use it, resulting in a heavy ammonia bed in the fermentation bed, moisture, no decomposition of the feces, breeding of diseases and insect pests, and even death of the bed. Such phenomena, these are the consequences of poor maintenance and management of the fermentation bed, and are also the main reason why the fermentation bed cannot operate normally.

Fourth, the future of fermentation beds

As we all know, the emergence of a new technology will undergo a long process of development. During this process, it will encounter various setbacks, will experience various kinds of wind and rain, and will be mixed. The development of fermentation bed technology is also in this way. The beginning of the development of the fermentation bed is not favored by people. It is only a joke, but after some years of development, the fermentation bed began to take off and gradually gained the approval of users, especially the introduction of the Golden Baby dry fermentation bed. It is a revolution in the history of the fermentation bed, which greatly increases the feasibility and practicality of the fermentation bed, makes the fermentation bed shine, and blooms everywhere (at home and abroad).
At present, the technology of dry-sauce fermentation beds is relatively mature and will have greater development in the near future. Let us wait and see! Details can be consulted: Beijing Huaxia Kangyuan Technology Co., Ltd. phone free hotline

Analytic Chemistry

Analytical chemistry is a science that studies and identifies the composition, state, and structure of substances and studies the methods and principles of determining the content of related components. It is an important branch of chemistry. Analytical chemistry plays an important role not only in the development of chemistry itself, but also in various fields related to chemistry. It can be said that any practical activities involving chemical phenomena are inseparable from analytical chemistry. Now, many different analysis methods have been developed, and these analysis methods can be classified according to the analysis task, analysis object, analysis basis, analysis requirements and sample amount.
According to the analysis tasks, it can be divided into qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis and structural analysis. The task of qualitative analysis is to identify which elements, atomic groups, functional groups or compounds are composed of substances; the task of quantitative analysis is to determine the content of relevant components in substances; the task of structural analysis is to study the molecular structure or crystal structure of substances.
