Four Seasons Breeding Techniques of Meat Rabbits

Meat rabbits can reproduce all year round, but each season's reproductive effects are quite different. Therefore, the breeding households should choose different breeding seasons according to their own production and management conditions. The characteristics of seasonal breeding of rabbits are described as follows:

Spring breeding characteristics

The spring climate is mild, the forage grass is abundant, the male rabbit has a strong libido, and the mating rate of female rabbits is high. It is a good season for the breeding of meat rabbits. Male rabbits have the highest ejaculation and sperm density in the spring, and the female rabbits have a estrus rate of more than 80%. The mating rate of the mating period is as high as 90%, and the average litter size is 7-8. Therefore, farmers must seize this favorable opportunity to do a good job of breeding. However, due to the rainy season in the spring of South China, the humidity is too high and the puppies are susceptible to disease. Therefore, we must do well in preventing moisture and preventing diseases during breeding.

Summer breeding characteristics

In summer, the climate is hot, hot and humid, meat rabbits lose appetite, physical fitness is weak, sexual function is not strong, the fertility rate of mating is low, and the litter size is small. In summer, the spermatozoa of male rabbits decreased in vigor, the density decreased, and the number of abnormal sperms increased. The female estrus rate is only 20-40%, the conception rate is 30-40%, the average litter size per litter is 3-5, and the survival rate is also very low. If the female rabbit is in good conditions in summer and shade and heatstroke prevention conditions, and the temperature is lower than 32°C, breeding can still be arranged appropriately.

Autumn breeding characteristics

In autumn, the climate is mild, feed is abundant, and nutrients are abundant. The male and female rabbits' physique begins to recover, libido gradually flourishes, and the female rabbit has a high conception rate and a high number of litters, which is a good season for breeding rabbits. From September to November, male rabbits showed a strong libido and increased sperm motility. The female estrus rate is about 80%, the mating fertility rate is about 65%, and the average litter size is 6-7. Autumn is the fluffing season for meat rabbits, which consumes large amounts of nutrients and has an impact on breeding breeding. However, strengthening feeding and management can be avoided. Male rabbits may experience temporary infertility after summer leisure, so the first breeding must be compounded.

Winter breeding characteristics

In winter, the temperature is low, the green feed is lacking, the nutrition level is decreased, the rabbit is lean, the female rabbit is not in normal estrus, and the rate of mating and convalescence is low. Therefore, if the rabbit does not have a thermal insulation device, it can easily freeze to death. Male rabbits generally do not have strong libido, and have normal sperm motility and density from December to February of the second year. The female estrus rate is 60-70%, the mating rate is 50-60%, and the average litter size is 6-7. However, if there are rich feeds in winter and there are good conditions for keeping warm, good reproductive effects can still be obtained.

[Composition]

The main component of this preparation is human immunoglobulin, which is prepared by cold ethanol fractionation of human plasma from healthy donors. The manufacturing process contains a step to remove anticomplementary activity and a dual viral inactivation process. It contains a suitable amount of glucose or maltose as stabilizer (see table below), but does not contain any antiseptic or antibiotic. The distribution of IgG subclasses is close to the serum level of normal subjects and maintains the bioactivity of Fc fragment of IgG.

[Indications]

1. Primary agammaglobulinemia, such as X-linked hypogammaglobulinemia, common variant immunodeficiency diseases, immunoglobulin G subclass deficiency, etc.

2. Secondary immunoglobulin deficiency diseases, such as severe infection, septicemia of newborn, etc

3. Autoimmune diseases, such as primary thrombocytopenic purpura, Kawasaki disease
