First, the characteristics of white six-leaf garlic. Pseudo-stem thick, strong growth potential, leaves wide, light green, functional leaves 8-9, garlic head, skin color white, diameter is generally 5-6 cm, single head garlic quality 40-50 grams, mostly six, The texture is crisp, slightly hard, spicy, and of good quality. The average output of garlic per acre is more than 1,000 kilograms. The yield of garlic sprouts is low, and the normal bolting rate is only 10-15%. Garlic stubble is thick and hard texture. Disease resistance, stress resistance and storage stability are moderate.
Second, the varieties of regional adaptability. Since 2001, through introduction of comparative tests and regional tests, it has been found that the growth period of six-leafed white-leaf garlic is basically the same as Cangshan garlic and Soviet garlic. One-time application of basic fertilizer and re-application of organic fertilizer are required. Combining arable land with uniform application of 5,000 kg of high-quality soil-fertilizer or 2,000 kg of decomposed dried chicken manure per acre, 20 kg of potassium sulfate and 25 kg of diammonium phosphate are applied. When sowing, small sorghum or flat hoe can be used. The spacing is 20 centimeters. The weight of the hundred watts is more than 800 grams and the spacing is 12 centimeters. The 500-800 gram spacing is 10-12 centimeters and the 400-500 gram spacing is 10 centimeters. Seed ditch 5-6 cm deep and 4 cm thick. 3, field management. 4. Pest control. The major pests and diseases include downy mildew, leaf blight, garlic sprouts, and onion thrips. At the beginning of April, garlic sprouts were treated with 50% phoxim 1000 times to root; after mid-April, the control of downy mildew, leaf blight and other diseases was strengthened, and 75% chlorothalonil wettable powder was sprayed in the early stage of the disease. Diluent, or 50% acetaminophen WP 1500 times, spray 7-10 days, even spray 3-4 times; At the same time pay attention to the damage of onion thrips, the initial occurrence of spraying with 10% imidacloprid 1500 times , spray 2-3 times. 5, harvest. Jiaodong region generally harvested in early June. When the lower part of the plant 1-3 leaves tip yellow, dry, upper leaves grayish green, yellow tips, when the pseudo-stem is slightly soft, timely harvest.
