Teaching and installation of high pressure tubing

Diesel engine oil pump and injector are generally connected by high-pressure oil pipe, because the cone at the end of the high-pressure oil pipe is subject to tensile stress for a long time, and high-frequency vibration occurs when the high-pressure fuel pipe is opened and closed with the needle valve during fuel injection. The joint is easily broken. Correct inspection, shaping, teaching and installation can extend the service life of high-pressure tubing. 1. an examination. Check whether the shape of the small cone at the two ends of the high-pressure fuel pipe is intact, and whether the shoulder at the intersection of the cone and the oil pipe is even. 2. Plastic. The two ends of the high-pressure fuel pipe are shaped so as to be matched with the connecting bolts of the injector and the injection pump. 3. Installation is taught. Tighten the oil tube fastening nut on the end of the fuel injection pump. At this time, the cone at the end of the fuel injector should be aligned with the conical point on the nozzle bolt. If the positive match indicates that the shape of the tubing is correct, the tubing must be reshaped until it is aligned, and tighten the tightening nut. 4. Fixed card installation. When installing the oil pipe, the fixing card should be installed first, and then fastened in place. Then, the above two ends should be alternately tightened to check the consistency between the small cone and the cone in the end of the high pressure oil pipe. If the pipe is installed at both ends and then fixed on the card, it will increase the stress on the high pressure pipe, so that the stress is concentrated on the shoulders of the cones at both ends, which can easily cause cracking.
