British Use of New Technology to Cultivate Fatless Livestock

A British institute has invented a new technology that can produce fat-free livestock. They made a serum of antibodies that could destroy body fat in the animals. The serum is a mixture of multiple antibodies. Each antibody attaches specific antigens to fat cells and destroys the corresponding fats. Using sheep experiments, the researchers found that antibody serum, in addition to destroying fat, also helps protein synthesis. In theory, this method can be applied to a variety of livestock and poultry, but it needs to be put into practical use. There are still many problems to be solved.
