2, the maintenance of the printer head

The printer head is mainly composed of a linear guide and a motor. Since the guide rail directly faces the workpiece to be processed, the debris generated by the workpiece during the marking process and the dust in the on-site environment are likely to adhere to the guide rail, and the guide rail is easily worn after a long time. The method to avoid is to clean the guide rails with gasoline regularly, and then add a proper amount of lubricating oil after drying. This work is recommended once every two weeks. At the same time, it should be noted that in the process of cleaning and refueling, it should be avoided to add oil to the timing belt.

3, controller maintenance

The device is exposed to the air for a long time due to its own characteristics. After a long time, it is easy to accumulate dust in the circuit board. If it is not cleaned for a long time, the circuit may be short-circuited. The way to clear is to turn off the power of the controller, open the cover of the case, and clean the internal dust with clean friendship air. In general, you should pay more attention to the dustproof work outside the chassis.

4, computer maintenance

After the computer runs for a long time, a large amount of junk files will be generated inside the system. If it is not cleaned, it will directly affect the normal operation of the software. This work includes the following:
