1. The size of the cover (the size of the tuyere) will cause a large measurement error when the size of the cover airbag cover and the air outlet are large. Therefore, it is necessary to measure with a similar size of the tuyere. According to the size and area of ​​the tuyere to be tested, the air volume cover body with the air outlet area should be selected, and the long side length of the air volume cover body should not exceed 3 times the long side length of the air outlet; the air outlet area should not be smaller than the cover body. 15% of the border area.
2. Check if the air volume meter is normal, so that the various settings of the air volume meter meet the requirements for use.
3. Determine the position of the cover to cover the air outlet. The air outlet should be located in the middle of the cover, and the entire air outlet should be covered by the windshield.
4. Make sure that there is no air leakage at the air outlet, observe the display value of the air volume meter, and read the air volume value after the displayed value tends to be stable;
5. Back Pressure Compensation When the air volume of the tuyere is large, the resistance of the air volume cover and the measuring part to the air outlet will increase, resulting in a large decrease in air volume. In order to eliminate the wind volume of this part of the tuyere, back pressure compensation is required. When the air volume value is ≤1500 m3 /h, the back pressure compensation is not required, and the read air volume value is the air volume value of the measured air outlet; when the air volume value is >1500 m3 /h, the back pressure compensation baffle is used for back pressure compensation. Reading the wind meter display value is the measured air volume value after the tuyere compensation.
