In order to improve the ability of the hospital system to withstand sudden disasters and ensure stable operation, China Telecom can provide “in-situ disaster recovery solutions” and “city cloud disaster recovery solutions” for the disaster recovery and business continuity requirements of important business systems and data at all levels of hospitals. Three types of solutions, namely “solutions” and “off-site cloud disaster recovery solutions”, and actively deploy disaster recovery bases throughout the country, and have completed disaster recovery bases including Xi’an, Suzhou and Qingdao. At present, it has helped many hospitals to successfully pass the interoperability maturity assessment and HIMSS 7 rating, and accumulated rich experience in disaster recovery services to ensure that medical customers' business is continuous and ready.

Peking Union Medical College Hospital--In-hospital disaster recovery and construction assistance hospital "pre-planned, prepared"

Once the production center has air conditioning failures, power outages, fires and other disasters, it will directly lead to the interruption of the business system of the Union Hospital, and the consequences are unimaginable.

China Telecom successfully won the bid with professional disaster recovery service capability and rich disaster recovery experience. It has become a dual-active disaster recovery service provider in the same city of Concord Hospital. Based on rich experience in disaster recovery integration, it has communicated with the hospital in detail. On the basis of the Association, the hospital provides an overall dual live disaster recovery solution. By transforming the disaster recovery center and deploying a large Layer 2 network to open the Layer 2 network of the Concord Production Center and the Disaster Recovery Center, the virtual machine can be quickly moved. A virtualization platform is deployed in the disaster recovery center to implement disaster recovery redundancy for virtual machines and quickly implement virtual machine migration. At the same time, the storage of the Union Hospital is transformed, and a new active-active storage system is deployed to realize real-time replication of storage-based data to ensure data consistency between the production center and the disaster recovery center. On the production center side, deploy business continuity protection equipment to achieve continuous protection and emergency recovery of production center data. Through the deployment of China Telecom's disaster recovery management platform, real-time operation monitoring of disaster recovery equipment can be realized, and equipment problems can be timely feedback.

The deployment of the dual active disaster recovery system effectively guarantees the continuous and stable operation of the business system of the Union Hospital, and relieves the hospital's worries. Through the application of the telecom disaster recovery management platform, fill in the blank of real-time monitoring of the disaster recovery center facilities. At present, the project has passed the hospital acceptance and the disaster recovery system is operating normally and stably.

At the DRI Asia Annual Conference held in September 2017, China Telecom helped Concord Hospital win the DRI BJ2017 IT-DR Infrastructure Award of the Year and became an excellent disaster recovery practice project in the industry.

National Children's Medical Center Fudan University Affiliated Pediatric Hospital--Application-level cloud disaster recovery in the same city to ensure business continuity

National Children's Medical Center The Children's Hospital of Fudan University (hereinafter referred to as "Pediatric Hospital") is a national "three-level first-class" general hospital. It is a comprehensive children's specialized hospital integrating medical, teaching, research, prevention and management. At present, there are 800 beds open in the hospital, the annual emergency service volume is more than 2.25 million, the number of discharged patients exceeds 42,000, and the hospital operation is 28,000. The database of the existing core system of the hospital adopts the manual backup mode, and the data disaster recovery center has not yet been established. According to the information system usage and management requirements, the data center of the hospital information technology department wants to archive and manage the existing intranet core information system, PACS system data and scientific research data, and complete the information system cloud disaster disaster platform construction in 2018. . The construction will strictly follow the requirements of the “Level 3 of Information System Level Protection” standard, and provide effective protection for the safe and stable operation of the hospital business system.

In order to strengthen the stability of its own IT system and ensure business continuity, the Pediatric Hospital plans to complete the application-level disaster recovery (including HIS, LIS, EMR, CDR, etc.) of the core information system through this project. Based on rich experience in disaster recovery operation and maintenance, specialized technical capabilities and comprehensive resources, China Telecom adopts appropriate methods, technologies, processes, tools and environments, and rationally plans and implements hardware and software platforms for core application systems in the same city. Ensure that the system operates safely, stably, reliably, and efficiently, reduce system operation risks, and ensure that users of hospital information systems can use the core application business system normally.

The Pediatric Hospital is open to children with pediatric diseases, with a daily outpatient volume of over 8,000. At least one adult will be accompanied by a child, which means that the total number of visits and accompanying staff at the hospital is more than 16,000. In the past, the daily diagnosis and treatment business of the hospital was carried out. The registered halls and waiting areas were filled with a large number of visiting staff. Once the business system has problems, the normal medical treatment will not be carried out. If the system cannot be recovered within 15 minutes, the policy will need to be reported. The health authorities have caused certain social impacts; at the same time, because the children are sick, the parents' psychological state is not good, and the scene is prone to group conflicts, resulting in unimaginable social impact.

After the cloud disaster recovery service goes online, when the service system is interrupted, the disaster recovery system will switch from the primary service system to the cloud backup system to continue to provide services, and send SMS to the relevant personnel of the information department at the first time. The automatic operation can be 5 -10 minutes to complete, in line with the requirements of the Shanghai Municipal Health Administration within 15 minutes of recovery, and to minimize other derivative problems caused by system business interruption, provide better safety for pediatric hospitals, and provide better patients Visiting environment.

From November 26 to 28, 2018, China Telecom's systemic disaster recovery system for Pediatric Hospital was successfully reviewed by the HIMSS expert group and successfully passed through the HIMSS EMRAM (Hospital and Emergency). Level 7 review, fully guarantee the continuity of hospital business.

Established in 1956, Edong Medical Group Huangshi Central Hospital (hereinafter referred to as “Huangshi Central Hospital”) is a public comprehensive tertiary hospital with medical, teaching, scientific research, training and prevention. At present, the hospital's informatization construction focuses on the construction of the group cloud platform represented by shared services, and passed the JCI certification in 2015 and the HIMSS level 6 review in 2016. At this stage, in the aspect of information security construction, the core business systems such as HIS and LIS of Huangshi Central Hospital have done storage-based dual-active disaster recovery protection in the hospital area. The virtualization platform has not been redundantly configured, and the hospital has participated in the HIMSS Level 7 review. The plan requires unified planning and construction of information system security and disaster recovery protection.

In response to the specific disaster tolerance needs of Huangshi Central Hospital, China Telecom has formulated an implementation plan for the hospital's related information system: First, build a three-center business-level real-time disaster recovery system between the two places, and remotely prepare the local business system to the remote cloud platform. The real-time switching of the business in the event of a disaster; the second is that the core system of the hospital operates HIS to use the replication software to achieve service-level disaster recovery, to ensure the data integrity, availability and consistency of the disaster recovery center database; the third is to complete the Xi'an disaster recovery base medical cloud exclusive The resource pool communicates with the second layer of the hospital intranet to achieve seamless drift of the hospital intranet IP. The project achieved more than 700 kilometers of service-level disaster recovery, breaking the deployment rules of business-level disaster tolerance only in the “city”. In the past, traditional cloud service services could not realize the interconnection between their own cloud services and customer networks. The telecom disaster recovery cloud took the lead in breaking this business rule, enabling the core switches of the cloud platform to communicate with the core switches of the user intranets. The problem of interoperability between "telecom cloud" and "user network". At the same time, by solving the incompatibility problem between the minicomputer and the cloud platform, the cross-platform data synchronization of the AIX service system to the X86 is realized, and the cross-platform service level disaster recovery is finally realized.

Huangshi Central Hospital used information technology to realize the process reengineering and innovative service mode of the whole hospital.
