When the screw jack is running at high speed, because the gear is immersed in the oil pool, the oil will splash to the inner wall of the tank when rotating, so that the oil splashed to the inner wall of the tank will flow back to the oil tank as soon as possible, not sealed in the box body and the shaft head. Keep it in place to prevent oil from leaching between the upper and lower tanks and the shaft head. The oil groove can be opened at the upper and lower sides of the screw jack, and the oil seal ring can be designed on the shaft head, or a semi-circular groove can be stuck at the upper end of the screw box, so that the oil splashed on the upper cover flows to the lower box at both ends. In the middle, the oil splashed onto the tank will not leak out.

Pressure equalization. The oil leakage of the screw jack is mainly caused by the increase of the pressure inside the screw lifting case. Therefore, a corresponding ventilating cover should be provided to Balance the pressure inside and outside the box. The screw lift is relatively large and the hood cannot be too small. The simple way to view the size of the hood is to open the hood cover. After the screw lift is running at high speed for a few minutes, touch the hood with your hand. If the pressure difference is large, it means that the hood is small. Make sure to equalize.

Plugging leaks. Mainly in the upper, lower box and shaft head seals to take measures, for the screw lift , because of the large size of the structure, the structure should not be complicated, commonly used wool felt oil ring, labyrinth seal groove, J-shaped or U-shaped without skeleton The rubber oil seal seals the shaft head.
