Two methods of processing spinach

Dried spinach

Raw material selection: Select spinach leaves as raw materials, remove old leaves and roots.

Production process: Wash the spinach, put it into a drying sieve and dry it. The temperature is controlled at 80°C. The baking time is generally about 4 hours. After drying, the moisture content is required to be below 6.5%.

Frozen spinach

Raw material choice: use fresh, yellow leaves, no white spots, no convulsions, no pests, round leaf varieties of spinach.

Pretreatment: Because the spinach water evaporates quickly and perishes, it must be treated in time after harvesting, cut off the roots, repair the roots, and pick out the strains.

Blanching: Wash the spinach with clean water, bundle it into small pieces, and drain it into bamboo baskets. Then blanch. Heat the roots for 1 minute and then heat the leaves for 1 minute. Be careful not to over-steam.

Cooling: Boiled spinach should be immediately dropped into cold water and cooled to a temperature of 10°C. The cooling rate has a great influence on spinach.

Freezing: The cold-dried spinach drains water, neatly spreads in a grid of 18 cm in length and 13 cm in width and is frozen in a freezer at about minus 35°C until the central temperature is below 18°C.

Ice packs: Frozen iced spinach. Remove the frozen spinach, put it in 3-5°C cold water for 3-5 seconds and remove immediately. The lyophilized spinach is wrapped in a polyethylene bag and frozen at minus 18°C.

According to the needs of customers, the sides of the greenhouse can be covered with polyethylene lifelong anti-fog and anti-dripping po-covering or polycarbonate hollow plate.
