Description:

1. BIOGHC Elitefast SYBR Mix contains dNTP Mix, Mg2+, SYBR Green I; BIOGHC Elitefast Enzyme Mix contains BIOG Super Reverse Transcriptase, RNase Inhibitor and BIOG Hot Start Polymerase.

2. Generally, the final concentration of the primer in the reaction system is 0.2 μM, and a better amplification effect can be obtained. When the reaction result is not satisfactory, the primer concentration can be adjusted in the range of 0.1-1.0 μM.

3, qPCR reaction sensitivity is high, the accuracy of the template amount has a great impact on the results, it is recommended to add the template moderately diluted.
