Simple operating procedure

1. The sample is first subjected to low temperature pre-freezing. The optional method is to place the sample in a low temperature refrigerator or liquid nitrogen to make the sample solid. Note that the sample cannot exceed one third of the volume of the container.

2. Check whether all valves in the sample chamber are closed (ie, slant upwards to align the small port), open the main power switch on the left side of the instrument, then open the refrigeration button on the front panel of the instrument, select “MAN” mode, observe the LCD screen of the instrument, wait After the cold heading temperature is lower than 40 °C, continue to open the vacuum pump "VACUUM" button, and wait until the vacuum level drops to 0.12 mbar to hang the freeze-dried bottle.

3. Place the semi-permeable membrane paper between the sample glass tube and the rubber stopper, link the frozen bottle to the rubber stopper, and connect with the sample chamber. Switch the valve to 180° (ie, align the frozen bottle with the oblique surface down) and deflate. Turn off the vacuum pump "VACUUM" button, turn off the compressor "MAN" button, and finally turn off the power. Open the drain valve and dry it after the defrosting is completed. Close the drain valve.

Precautions

1. The lyophilized sample is generally water sample. It should not contain acid and organic solvent as much as possible. Otherwise, the vacuum pump will be damaged. If it is difficult to solve, the user must apply to the center and replace the vacuum oil in time after use.

2. The instrument prohibits the use of organic solvents, especially the plexiglass surface of the panel. 3. After power failure or shutdown of the compressor, the temperature must be 3 to 5 minutes before turning it on again. Instrument maintenance

4. During the use of vacuum pump oil, the eye side changes from light color to yellow, brown, brown or even black. To replace the new oil in brown, the oil scale should be ≤ 1/2, and it is necessary to change the suspended matter in the oil window. oil. If the oil separator separator above the pump exceeds 1/2, it needs to be drained.
