Olaparib is a PARP inhibitor that also acts on BRCA1 or BRCA2 mutations. Olaparib has little effect on the end anchor (polymerase) enzyme-1, with an IC50 value greater than. Olaparib has been used to treat BRCA-mutant tumors, such as ovarian cancer, breast cancer, and prostate cancer. In addition, Olaparib inhibits ATM-defective tumor cells with selectivity, indicating that Olaparib can be used as a potential agent for treating lymphomas with ATM mutations.
