Solar insecticidal lamp layout installation and correct use

The solar insecticidal lamp utilizes the strong tendency of light, wave, color and taste of the pest, and sets the light wave within a certain range, uses light at a short distance, and uses a wave to color and taste the insects at a long distance, and the voltage is externally connected with a voltage network. Contact killing, so that the pests fall into the bag of the lamp, in order to achieve the purpose of killing the adult and controlling it. On the other hand, it chooses to avoid the light source, wavelength and band of the natural enemies, thus achieving the effect of protecting natural enemies. Each lamp can control an area of 60 mu, and the radiation orchard area is about 5,000 mu. Each lamp can trap more than 900 pests per day, reducing the number of pests by about 70%, reducing the number of medications by 6 times, and reducing the chemical control by about 65%.

The installation and management technology of solar insecticidal lamps is introduced as follows:

1. Daejeon layout

There are two ways to arrange the field: one is a chess-like distribution, and the other is a closed-loop distribution. In the actual installation process, the chess-like distribution is more common. Because it uses the running line hanging lamp in the field and then pulls the branch road to Daejeon, maintenance and repair is more convenient. The closed-loop distribution is mainly for a heavily hazardous area to prevent pest extension or trials that require such a layout. There are also users who use other distribution methods according to the actual situation during installation, but no matter which method, it is better to use a single lamp radiation radius of 120 meters or less to achieve energy-saving and pest control purposes.

2. Wired

First, select the power supply according to the type of solar insecticidal lamp you purchased, and then follow the overhead line (the line position should match the layout of the lamp). Where there is no pole, use a wooden stake of 2.5m or more as a temporary pole, dig the pit and bury it, then wire it, and never pull the wire anywhere to prevent accidents.

3. Power requirements

The voltage fluctuation range of each lamp is required to be within ±5%. Too high or too low will make the lamp not work properly. If you use 220V voltage, far from the transformer, and the number of lights per line is more, in order to reduce voltage fluctuations, it is best to use three-phase four-wire star connection to connect the solar insecticidal lamps to each phase line on average. So that each lamp can start working normally. In addition, the total road knives, branch knives and electric meters are installed according to the village group to ensure the safety of the lights and maintenance, and to facilitate the collection of electricity charges.

4. Hanging lights

Two wooden stakes or corner brackets are placed at the lamp stand, and the lifting ring on the lamp is fixed on the cross bar with a wire, and the height is preferably 1.3-1.5 m from the insect mouth to the ground. In order to prevent the wind from swinging back and forth, use two wires to hold the lamp shell tightly on the stake and wire it. The wiring port must be tightly wrapped with insulating tape to avoid leakage. Especially when connecting copper wire and aluminum wire, pay special attention to prevent moisture from oxidizing, resulting in poor contact and normal operation.

5. Reasonable use of time

Generally, it is installed, lit, and wormed from mid-May. The end time of use is October and mid-October. The daily lighting time should be determined by the characteristics of the adult and the season. The Kashgar area usually lights up at 8:30-9:30 in the evening, and it is more appropriate to turn off the lights at 2:00-3:00 in the evening.

6. Management measures

After the solar insecticidal lamp is installed, the box should be kept for use in the winter.

During the use of solar insecticidal lamps, the grid should be cleaned once every 2-3 days to ensure the trapping effect. At the same time, the insect bag should be cleaned, and the bag (plastic bag) should be inspected frequently. If it is damaged or peeled off, it should be replaced immediately to prevent the bag from being opened and the insects in the lamp area to be aggravated.

In order to achieve the best results, it is recommended to use solar insecticidal lamps in large-scale and large-scale to reduce the control area of single lamps and improve the overall control effect.
