Operating procedures and precautions for desktop high-speed refrigerated centrifuge

At present, there are more and more industries using centrifuges, and they play an important role in many industries such as biopharmaceuticals and food. Let's take a brief look at the operating procedures and precautions for desktop high-speed refrigerated centrifuges .

Desktop high speed refrigerated centrifuge operation steps:

1. Turn on the centrifuge power switch and enter the standby state.

2. Choose a suitable rotor: the liquid contained in the centrifuge tube should not exceed 2/3 of the total capacity during centrifugation, otherwise the liquid will be easy to overflow; before and after use, pay attention to whether there is any leakage of liquid in the rotor, and keep it dry. When converting the rotor, care should be taken to secure the bayonet shaft and the tab of the rotor.

3. Centrifuge tube balance error should be within 0.1 gram.

4. Select the centrifugal parameters:

a) Press the temperature setting button, then use the numeric keys to set the centrifugal temperature and press Enter to confirm.

b) Press the speed setting button to switch between RPM/RCF setting files, set the centrifugal speed with the number keys, and press Enter to confirm.

c) Press the rotor setting button, then use the number keys to set the rotor model and press Enter to confirm.

d) Press the time setting button, then use the numeric keys to set the centrifugation time and press Enter to confirm.

e) Centrifuge brake or acceleration speed is generally set between 0 and 4, and should not be adjusted frequently.

5. Place the well-balanced centrifuge tube symmetrically into the rotor. Cover the rotor cover and tighten the screws.

6. Press the centrifuge door. If the door is not closed, the centrifuge will not start.

7. Press the START button to start centrifugation. After the start of centrifugation, the centrifugal speed should be reached until the set speed is reached. Once the centrifuge is found to be abnormal (such as unbalanced and the machine is obviously vibrating, or the noise is very loud), press the STOP button immediately, if necessary, directly press the power switch. Turn off the power, stop centrifugation, and find out why.

8. If the machine is found to be faulty, please contact the relevant personnel in time.

9. Please clean the rotor and centrifuge chamber after use, do not close the centrifuge cover, which is conducive to evaporation of moisture.

10. After use, you must register and indicate the usage.

·Precautions for use of desktop high-speed refrigerated centrifuge:

1. When the centrifuge is in the pre-cooling state, the centrifuge lid must be closed. After the centrifugation is finished, the rotor should be placed on the test bench and the residual water in the chamber should be dried. The centrifuge lid is open.

2. When ultracentrifugation, the liquid must be filled with the centrifuge tube. When it is too far away, it needs to be vacuumed. Only when it is full, can the centrifuge tube be deformed. If the seal of the centrifuge tube is poorly sealed, the liquid cannot be filled up to prevent spillage and affect the normal operation of the sensor.

3. Rotating head When pre-cooling, the rotating head cover can be placed on the platform of the centrifuge or placed on the test bench. Do not screw it on the rotating head, because once it is accidentally activated, the rotating head cover Will fly out, causing an accident!

4. After the screw cap is tightened, be sure to touch the gap between the rotor and the cover with your fingers. If there is a gap, unscrew and retighten until the gap is confirmed before the centrifuge can be started.

5. Always use a grounding wire when using. The material added in the centrifuge tube should be relatively balanced. If the two sides are unbalanced, it will cause great damage to the centrifuge, which will at least shorten the service life of the centrifuge.

6. Using the desktop high-speed refrigerated centrifuge H-1650R During the centrifugation process, the operator must not leave the centrifuge chamber. In case of abnormality, the operator cannot turn off the power (POWER), press STOP. Fill in the centrifuge usage record before pre-cooling

Work Pants

Trousers (British English) or pants (American English) are an item of clothing worn from the waist to the ankles, covering both legs separately (rather than with cloth extending across both legs as in robes, skirts, and dresses).

Work Pants is used in workplace Pants, with functions that are required for specific Work situations, such as protection, multi-pockets to carry tools.
