Pleurotus ostreatus after soil management

1. Insulation of moisturizing oyster mushroom bar cover the soil, the greenhouse temperature is maintained at 10 °C ~ 15 °C, and keep the surface wet for about 15 days until the appearance of grainy mushroom bud. After 3 to 4 days, when the diameter of the cap is as long as 1 cm, it can be ventilated for 1 hour at noon. After the mushroom tussock grows up, it should be ventilated every morning and evening for 1 hour until harvested. Do not water during the growth of Pleurotus ostreatus fruiting bodies, so as to avoid pouring dead mushrooms or bacteria folds splashed with mud, affect the quality and edible value of Pleurotus ostreatus.

2. Harvesting When the oyster mushroom cap is slightly rolled or flattened, it is harvested. When harvesting, use the left hand to hold the lower left side of the hyphae, insert the right hand into the lower right side of the mushroom grove with a blade, and gently cut it, do not injure the surface of the mycelium.

3. After cleaning the oyster mushroom, pick it up, clean it and scrape it away.

4. After the irrigation water surface has been cleaned up, submerge it with large water to drown the soil bacteria. When filling water, if the filling between the rods is subsidence, new soil shall be filled in time.

5. On the next day after the irrigation of the soil, the cover soil was flat and the surface was 1 cm above the bacterial rod.

After 20 days or so, the second tidal mushroom can be picked. If managed properly, the soil-covering cultivation method can pick 4 to 5 tides of oyster mushrooms.
