2 Structure and principle 2.1 The structural channel feeder has a terrace structure, and all the moving electrical panels are placed on the back of the machine to isolate it from the product working area, and its mobile electrical cabinet has the convenience. The lower part of the channel feed system is designed to be open so that the generated dust can automatically fall to the bottom and there is also a system for collecting dust centrally. All major mechanical drives of the machine are driven by brushless motors.

2.2 Principle The feeding and positioning of the channel feeding system is more compact than that of the existing electronic counting machine feeding part.

The principle is that the channel feeding adopts the loose feeding mode, and the orientation of the tablet after its entry into the pipe is controlled by an automatic processing system, and the system adopts a conveyor belt with a pedestal to feed the directional feed. Once the correct placement of the tablet is in the system holder, the built-in patented recovery system automatically orients the tablet. The screw feed mechanism, which is placed between the channel and the conveyor and the orienting device, allows the tablet to reach the correct position of the channel for feeding, where no tablet dislocation or overlap occurs, as shown in FIG. There are two parallel conveyor belts in the above-mentioned passages, each of which is equipped with a separate engine with four sets of containers corresponding to 12 channels. The four sets of containers are all set in one unit, mainly performing the following operations: feeding, feeding, orientation, and placement. Because the two conveyor belts each have their own engine, they are independent of each other, feeding separately, moving the tablets to their respective mating channels. This system with synchronous dynamic motion eliminates the interaction between each other, making the whole process smoother and more continuous.

3 Advantages This channel feeder is a completely innovative invention.
